Dr Martin Attariani graduated from Gothenburg University, Sweden in 1997 with a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Biochemistry. Then in 2005, he qualified with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (D.D.S.) from Gothenburg University, Sweden.

He moved to England in 2006 and worked initially at various NHS practices which resulted in exposure to a wide range of case and treatment situations which has been of great value. He has been the principal dentist at

Orchid Dental Centre since 2008 and since then Dr Attariani has been introducing various new innovative treatments to his patients amongst which Cerec has been a huge success and a popular choice of treatment for his patients.

Dr Attariani enjoys all aspects of dentistry but has particular interest in root canal treatment, Oral Surgery and implants. He also has a special interest in improving peoples smiles through cosmetic dentistry, as a new smile can make a positive change to appearance and self confidence. In addition he is a Clearstep accredited dentist and provides orthodontic treatments.

"Being qualified from one of the most recognized dental schools in the world, I was taught to base my work on minimal invasive dentistry. Therefore, it will require a lot before I advise my patients on extractions and I always strive after preserving the original tooth structure. Dentistry science nowadays has come so far that we are able to save more teeth than ever before. I rely my work on long lasting solutions and pride myself on my ability to produce high quality dental work. I also believe in listening to and respecting my patient's wishes for their dental goals."

He is a busy, hard-working father of two children and an independent character who regularly attends courses and lectures to keep his skills up-to-date. In his spare time he enjoys photography, playing drums and spending time with his family.

Apart from English, he is also fluent in Swedish and Farsi.

Miss Madeleine Rousel

Receptionist and beautician

Maddie is the first first you meet when you visit us. As a receptionist she is always happy to help you with any enquiries whether it be booking an appointment or giving you information about our services.

Maddie is also CIBTAC qualified in beauty and body therapy and runs Sunshack Beauty located on the same premises as Orchid Dental Centre. She specializes in clinical aromatherapy. She has also been awarded best aesthetics therapist by Academia International.

Mrs Mandy Bryan

Dental Nurse

Mandy has been a dental nurse since 2007 and completed her examination for dental nurse in 2009. She enjoys the variety of nursing and the different roles within the practice. She is always chirpy and very helpful.

Mrs Rachel Tustin

Rachel has been working with us for 2 years. She is very enthusiastic and enjoys her job as a dental nurse. The one thing she likes most about her job is the chance of meeting new people everyday.
